Pregnancy pillows, ranked
Wedge, C-shape, or U-shape — and why most people only need the cheapest one.
Wedge pillows are the cheapest and slide under the bump or behind the back. Most people only need this level of targeted support and don't need to invest in a full-body pillow.
C-shape pillows support the back and bump simultaneously and are a good compromise between wedge and full-body. They fit most beds without crowding out a partner.
U-shape pillows surround your whole body — great for symmetrical support but they take up half the bed and can annoy partners. Try a wedge or C-shape first, and only upgrade if you find yourself layering multiple regular pillows every night.
