Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Growby mobile application and the growby.app website (together, the "Services"), operated by Bosphorus Digital. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

Growby provides educational information about pregnancy and baby development. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor or a qualified health provider with questions about your pregnancy or your child's health, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the Services.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Growby — logs, photos, posts and records. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display that content to you and to the people you choose to share it with. Community posts must be respectful and lawful; we may remove content that violates these Terms and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or access them by unauthorized means.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringes others' rights.
• Do not use the Services to collect data about other users.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosphorus Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
