This Privacy Policy explains how Bosphorus Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Growby mobile application and the growby.app website (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address and sign-in identifiers when you create an account (including Sign in with Apple).
• Pregnancy and baby data you log — such as due date, symptoms, medications, vitamins, measurements, kick sessions, exercises, photos and medical records you choose to save.
• Community content — posts, comments and group activity you share in the Growby community.
• Usage and device data — app interactions, crash reports and device information collected through Google Firebase.

How we use your information

• To provide and personalize the Services (week-by-week tracking, reminders, analysis).
• To enable sharing features you choose, such as sharing your journey with loved ones.
• To operate the community and keep it safe.
• To improve the Services, diagnose problems and develop new features.
• To communicate with you about the Services.

Health data

The pregnancy and baby health information you log belongs to you. We use it only to provide the Services and never sell it. You can export your data from the app and delete your account at any time, which removes your personal data from our systems.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect it.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Services, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics, crash reporting) and Apple (sign-in and in-app purchases). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in the app (Profile → Settings) or by contacting us.

Children

Growby is intended for adults — expecting parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about your baby is provided by you and treated as your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
